SHIPPING INFORMATION

Tracking your order placed online on Exporthub Store is super easy. all you need to have is your order ID and email address from which you have placed your order. all you need to do is visit the Track Order page and enter your order id which we have sent you on your email and your registered email address with us.

Once you place your order than you will be given a unique order ID to for tracking purposes. the delivery time depends upon your location and method you have selected for the shipping and you will have it printed within your order confirmation email. Once the shipping carrier has scanned the package, the tracking status will show an origin scan or something similar. Your package should then be delivered within the shipping time frame you selected.

If there is no tracking information available, you may check back later in the evening or the following business day.

Incase you face any issue regarding your shipment such as:

  • Status  is “delivered”, but you have not received it
  • Package contents are not same as you ordered
  • Damaged in shipping etc

To issue a shipping claim, or need assistance with issuing a claim, please make sure to contact us immediately.

Yes, you will receive an email invoice of your order once its confirmed along with a tracking ID and shipping details. you can use that as your reference to further track your order and communicate with our customer service incase face any difficulty.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when and where discovered by us, but Exporthub reserves the right to refuse any order, revoke any published offer and correct any errors or inaccuracies, including those discovered subsequent to the submission of an order, and whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Please note that the policies of your credit card issuer will determine when this amount is credited to your account. Exporthub does not warrant or make any representation about the substance, quality, functionality, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or any other representation about any third party site or its contents.

A wishlist allows you to create personalized collections of products you want to buy but right now aren’t in stock at Exporthub so you can save them in your wishlist for future reference. We will notify you as soon as those product become available in our stock.

Once an order is placed, it can no longer be edited. If you need to add, change or remove something, we recommend canceling the order and placing a new one.
